Profit in business comes from repeat customers, customers that boast about your project or service, and that bring friends with them. - W. Edwards Deming

When I enter an establishment where I would like to snap a few pic's I typically ask permission. The words "yes absolutely, take all the pictures you like" is music to my ears.  In most cases these tend to be places that you like to frequent with quality goods and services in a friendly environment.

We had the opportunity to visit the West Bottoms, home to the old Kansas City Stockyards and related businesses.  Located west of downtown Kansas City, a number of businesses that specialize in restoration and re-purposing of old stuff occupy the historic buildings of this area.  Some of the items are a walk down memory lane (old typewriters, etc.) but most are items that are prime decoration material.

There were so many different stores of this kind in the West Bottoms area that we'll have to make several trips back to traipse through them all.

Thanks to all those places that are 'Photo Friendly'.  We'll be back often, not only to take pictures but to shop.
